My Story

What would you say if I told you that I discovered techniques for birth that can dispel women’s fears of childbirth and can minimize or virtually rid women of pain?
The proven techniques are a melding of many methods and theories, coupled my own real-life experiences. As an added bonus, these techniques also help women get back into those skinny jeans again, quicker than you can say Gwen Stefani.
You’re skeptical, aren’t you? I would be. However, after birthing two babies naturally with minimal discomfort and in control of my fear with the techniques I learned, I am living proof. I may seem an anomaly, but I can assure you that I am no exception. I am a normal “girl next door” with mousy brown hair and no extraordinary physical or even metaphysical gifts to speak of. My mother didn’t experience fearless or nearly pain-free births with her three babies (she passed out with me, her third, before the anesthesiologist could get the needle in her spine), and neither did my sister with her four babies. So it’s not just in the genes. I was a typical girl who feared the whole birth experience to the point of nausea at the mere thought of it.
I also greatly feared a large, thick needle being stuck in my spine, as I was to stay absolutely still. It was this fear that drove me to research my anesthetic alternatives. And after studying these alternatives, I opted for a natural, drug-free birth.
Now, after my research and personal experiences with what I’ve learned, I am ready to help other women realize that they can have insanely positive birth experiences, too. I’ve worked with women who have had Pre-Eclampsia, elective and non elective C-sections, as well as vaginal births both with or without drugs.
I am passionate about helping woman experience birth fearlessly and as painlessly as possible, because I know and can personally attest that it can be done. The techniques I learned can apply to just about every woman. I gave birth to two healthy babies to rooms attended by experienced medical professionals who where in utter awe of what was happening. In fact, I was asked during the birth of my son if I’d allow OB residents to witness it. As private as I am, I agreed. It was empowering to me to see the staff’s faces and afterwards hear the buzz about it all - for both of my births.
Please come back often and let your friends know about this positively unique and revolutionary resource. I am excited about hearing more and more positive stories of amazing births from those who read this blog and apply these powerful techniques. I’d love to hear yours…
Cheers and Blessings,
Jennifer
